As Bresslergroup continues to grow, so does its need to attract talent. Content is great for answering questions posed by different user personas, from clients to reporters to talent. The #whywelovephilly project is an answer to the question, “So why should I move to Philly?” It was also a fun way to amplify the company’s personality.
I conceived of the video and interviewed co-workers to develop a script that reflects a variety of viewpoints and a diversity of voices. I worked with a graphic designer who shot the footage, and I was heavily involved in production, from initial editing through final cut.
